Something about my PhD

I am a first year phd student in the PhD program in “Human Relations Sciences“,psychological curriculum.
The doctorate I’am doing is the first industrial doctorate won by the Department of Education, Psychology and Communication
Sciences of the University of Bari, thanks to an innovative idea by Professor Amelia Manuti, in collaboration with Professor Danilo Caivano.

Something else about my PhD
project

The project topic is the Smart Program Management considered as a part of the thematic area
«Digital Agenda: Smart communities and Smart Mobility Systems” of the National Smart
Specialization Strategy (SNSI)..

The research aims to integrate in human resources management the hard perspective, typical of
the resource-based vision, with the soft perspective, represented by the people-based approach,
identifying as meeting ground the Project Management and, and mostly, Program Management
